Cindy, the boys and I set up the ballroom like we have a million times today. This time was different. The silence, the emotion, the memories. Honestly the Elizabeths Ballroom has never felt so empty. We would not be where we are today, we would not have made it through Covid without Rob Radlinger. He has been by our sides with all our crazy ideas, has cleaned this hall 100 times, set up 1000 times, taking road trips to pick up antiques to use as props, been on the roof with me during storms to try to stop a leak. You name it. Never looking for anything in return. Tommorrow we will celebrate his life at the Ballroom but our lives will never be the same. There will be less laughter within these 4 walls for now on.
Thank you Rob for loyalty, your friendship And your love in a world lacking in these areas so much.

A special thank you goes out to Joyce for staying late with us and allowing us the time to pack up our cars without any sign of pressure in the least. We are so happy to be back to work at the ballroom. Catering is not a job for me. It’s about being part of the most special day of peoples lives! As we always say.. “Life is a party....we cater it”

Rich, to say your staff went above and beyond would be an understatement!!!! I was completely blown away from the set up, the service was IMPECCABLE and the food was beyond delicious!!! I can not thank you all enough!!!!
