✅ that off my bucket list!! Tomorrow I will give an update on all three places we had afternoon tea in Victoria, B.C.
Our internet is not good and I can only load a few pics. Tomorrow I will give you many more pics!!
Thank you for all the great suggestions on what to do while we were here! We were able to see so many fun things! Today is our 44th anniversary and Afternoon Tea at the empress was a fun way to spend our anniversary!!

Today we had Afternoon Tea at The Butchart Gardens. Ambiance and service were both fine…. Food was disappointing. I am still happy to have ✅ checked it off my list of tearooms to try. Tomorrow we go to Pendray Inn and Thursday we go to The Empress. Here are pics from today.

Today was our first full day and we packed a lot in! Started with some goodies from a fun little bakery. We skipped lunch and had tea and treats! For dinner we hit up an Irish Pub and had a shepherds pie and Irish stew, both very good! We opted for the hop on hop of tour bus and we were we glad we did it was very informative and fun. We went to the Parliament building and then went to the Miniature World. Tomorrow is Butchart gardens and Afternoon tea also. Thursday is the Empress! Here are some pics. Enjoy.

We will be closed Aug 29-31. We will be in Canada for our anniversary and having afternoon tea at the Empress and the Butchart Gardens! Let me know if there is anything we should not miss while in Victoria, B. C.
We also will be closed Saturday, September 7th for my granddaughter’s wedding.

A Journey of Joy and Community

Since opening our doors on November 17, 2014, The Teapot On Wheels has grown to become more than just a place for tea. It has been a hub of joy, laughter, celebrations, and shared moments. We've been honored to host your special occasions, from weddings and birthdays to intimate gatherings and High Tea experiences. The warmth and support from the Rogue Valley and beyond have been overwhelming, and we are deeply grateful for every one of you who has been part of this journey.

Why We’re Selling

The decision to sell The Teapot On Wheels has not been easy. However, as life presents new opportunities and challenges, we believe it's time to pass the torch to someone who will continue to nurture and grow the legacy we've built together. We are confident that the right new owner will carry forward the values and traditions that make The Teapot On Wheels so special. Please share this post so we can find the perfect buyer!

What’s Included in the Sale

It’s important to note that the sale includes only the business itself—our beloved tearoom, event venue, and all associated assets. The actual property where The Teapot On Wheels operates is leased and is not for sale. The new owner will have the opportunity to continue the lease, ensuring that the business remains in its beautiful and unique location on the Rogue River. This includes living quarters on the tip top of the Teapot!

What’s Next?

Our doors remain open, and we will continue to serve you with the same dedication and passion until a new owner is found. Our upcoming events, High Teas, and weddings will proceed as planned, and we encourage you to join us for more memories during this transition.
