OUR BIG NEWS: Literacy Connections of Wayne County is moving to Terrace Room! AND we have a new Events Manager! AAAAAAND we are getting a new neighbor downstairs, Round About Books! Exciting, right!?!?
In January 2025 Literacy Connections will be moving in the back portion of Terrace Room where they will continue to provide adult literacy tutoring services (they've provided over 44,000 hours of tutoring since 2010!!). The main room will remain an event rental space, hosting events for up to 100 people. All rental fees for events after January 2025 will benefit LCWC and their programs here in Wayne County. Now you can party with a purpose at Terrace Room!
Their new Events Manager, Rebecca Reynolds (or Becca Scott Reynolds as many of you know her), will be doing all bookings for 2025 and beyond. She will be happy to answer questions and give tours of the space. Be sure to check out our new website she created: www.terraceroomgoldsboro.com
Literacy Connections will also be opening a bookstore, Round About Books, downstairs on Center Street in the near future! We will be sharing more information about this exciting new neighbor soon.
