When I am working with a bride to determine the best shape for her, here are the things I consider:
Height
Hips size
Wedding dress shape (I always want to see a photo)
I always pull out a tape measure and show my bride what a 12”, 14” 16” looks like in front of a mirror.
Then we discuss shapes: asymmetrical, round, oval, cascade, there are so many options!
If you are small chested, don’t go too big and consider an oval shape. ( MY personal favorite shape).
If you are under 5’2”, consider asymmetrical or cascading. Definitely have flowing greens in the center front.
If you are tall, over 5’8”, consider long flowing ribbons on a larger round bouquet.
What shape fits most brides? Round of course! Then the decision is what size best enhances your shape and dress design.
