This is the inside of the bride’s tiny cottage at our new “Love Pond” ceremony site. So far, we have 7 weddings scheduled there for 2024, all local couples. That’s what we were hoping to see, with this economical but beautiful new location.

One of the best things about owning a wedding venue is seeing the videos, with all the happy people. This wedding ceremony was held inside the Black Meadow Pavilion due to threatening weather.

For 2024, we have added a new tented reception and party facility, plus a pond-side ceremony site, all near our front entrance. We can handle up to 140 people at this site. This provides a third option for weddings and parties at a budget price of $2000 for a Saturday during prime months. Lower on other days.

The Party Patio looks good with its new paint job. Some of our grandchildren gave it a work-out this past weekend. The tether ball was a hit, as was the ring game and giant Foursquare. And we found that if you play a song with lots of bass through the hot tub speakers (yes, it has speakers you access through your Bluetooth on your phone), the water acts like a giant bass woofer and vibrates the occupants.

Something New for cool weather joy! We now have a Hot Tub Patio that can be booked by guests at the farm. We will be adding games and a fire pit. Great views, and privacy.
