🚨 14th and final main stage reveal! You asked…We answered! He’s baaaack!
Dan Tyminski is an icon of modern-day bluegrass. In addition to reaching Number 1 on the
Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart with solo albums like 2008’s Wheels and 2023’s God Fearing
Heathen, he has won 14 Grammy Awards, released multiple records as a member of Alison
Krauss & Union Station, and topped the charts in more than 10 countries with “Hey Brother,” his
genre-bending collaboration with DJ Avicii. Tyminski sang “I Am A Man Of Constant Sorrow”
on O Brother, Where Art Thou?’s multi-platinum soundtrack, inspiring a new generation to
discover bluegrass and traditional American folk music. 2024’s Dan Tyminski: Live From The
Ryman captures him onstage in Nashville, Tennessee, performing a mix of songs from throughout his career with a string band.
We had so many requests and are very excited to welcome Dan back to Podunk in 2025!

“Jim Lauderdale could easily be called a renaissance man. He’s a great singer, great guitar player and there’s no way you could miss his work as a songwriter.” – Ricky Skaggs

At any given time, you’re likely to find Jim Lauderdale making music, and if he’s not actively crafting new music, he’s certainly thinking about it. “I still always feel like I’m a developing artist,” he says. This may be a surprising sentiment from a man who’s won two Grammys, released 34 full-length albums, and taken home the Americana Music Association’s coveted Wagonmaster Award, however the forthcoming album Game Changer is convincing evidence that he only continuing to hone his craft.

There’s something about the music of The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys that cuts right through the noise of the world and speaks plainly to the soul. Formed ten years ago in the Smoky Mountains in 2014, The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys are at once exactly what you would expect and not at all what you would expect from a tattooed East Tennessee Bluegrass outfit. But they take pride in being ambassadors of their genre, and the group has brought their music from rural bluegrass festival stages to the rock clubs of Europe, with stunning results.

Po’ Ramblin’ Boys first crossed paths with Lauderdale at the annual MerleFest festival in North Carolina a few years back, when they asked him to sit in on their set on the festival’s Hillside Stage. Lauderdale returned the favor the following year, bringing Po’ Ramblin’ Boys out for his show on the Cabin Stage. They kept crossing paths at other festivals, too, finally deciding to move ahead with a record. Lauderdale co-wrote all 12 songs on the album, half of them with Po’ Ramblin’ Boys guitarist Josh Rinkel and they’re all classic old-school bluegrass!

🚨Yes..we are still revealing the 2025 lineup!
#11: Stillhouse Junkies explore the worlds between roots, bluegrass, Texas swing, blues, and rock. Their
free-flowing musical interplay and improvisations make every show unique as they weave their way
through high energy, intricately composed original songs, never taking the same path twice.
Formed in 2017, Stillhouse Junkies plan to release their fourth album in early 2025. Their prolific
songwriting, tight harmonies, and blistering instrumentals earned them the prestigious “IBMA’s Momentum Band of the Year” award in 2021.
Stillhouse Junkies are gaining a reputation as one of the most exciting bands in the acoustic music
scene. They have played such beloved festivals as Podunk, Grey Fox, Rockygrass, MerleFest, and
ROMP. 🎫Tickets on sale Friday at the lowest price available!

🚨 Line up reveal #10! Liam Purcell & Cane Mill Road twine innovation and tradition into a unique musical experience. Though only in his 22nd year, North Carolina’s Liam Purcell has already established a name for himself. Purcell was steeped in Appalachian Old-Time and Bluegrass traditions from an early age.
Entering the professional bluegrass circuit during his teenage years, Purcell formed the string band Cane Mill Road. By the time Purcell was 17, the project had seen multiple entries on the Billboard Top 10 Bluegrass charts, and was recognized by the IBMA in 2019 as the recipient of their Momentum Band of the Year Award.
In 2022, he swept the Rockygrass Instrumental Championships in Colorado. Purcell graduated from Berklee in May of 2024.

🚨 Line up Reveal # 9!
The Burnett Sisters Band brings a youthful energy and modern flair to each performance, while remaining true to the traditional roots of the genre. Their on-stage chemistry is unmistakable – the type that only close
siblings can have, and their musicianship is undeniable. It was no surprise to anyone that the band took
home the top prize at the MerleFest Band Competition in 2022.
At a typical show, an old-time fiddle tune might be followed by a George Jones song, a driving
bluegrass standard or a soaring gospel number.
With a repertoire that’s equal parts old-time and bluegrass, swing, and folk, this band dives into their
material with attention to detail.

Line up Reveal #5! 🚨
Rock Hearts have been winning new fans everywhere they
play. Their fresh brand of original material and reimagined songs deliver a sound with the essence of a
high-lonesome sound that leaves listeners wanting more. In 2022, the band
signed with The 615 Hideaway Records, shortly thereafter releasing their 2nd
project and label debut, Wanderlust. Five different singles experienced national chart activity and can
be heard on satellite radio, terrestrial radio, and SiriusXM. Some of the hits included the title track
Wanderlust with special guest, Michael Cleveland, Driving Nails with Dale Ann Bradley, which was
considered for a 2024 Dove Award, and Don’t Cry Blue with folk-icon, Jonathan Edwards. Their third
project due to be released in early October, Unfinished Bridges, has experienced tremendous initial
success with both single releases, Unfinished Bridges and Let Me Be the Best Bible, debuting in the Top
10 on national charts. Let Me Be the Best Bible has been on the charts for 28 weeks and remains in the
Top 10 on the Bluegrass Today Gospel Charts. For the month of October, the album is #3 Most

🚨 Line up Announcement #3 ! Eugene Tyler band makes their main stage debut!
The trio has spent years cutting their teeth on the bluegrass festival circuit and clubs across the northeast. Their newest record, Low It Goes, captures the free-wheeling intensity of those live shows and showcases the cathartic, irreverent songwriting that has won them fans all over the country. As songwriter Eugene Gardner says, “You learn a lot about yourself as a band when you’re playing 3 hours a night, and it’s forced us to step up our game in a way that I’m really proud of.” Sharing stages with bands like Billy Strings, the Kitchen Dwellers, Driftwood, and the Mountain Grass Unit, ETB has carved out a unique voice in the bluegrass scene, with cutting, often humorous songs, and a fast & loose approach that calls back to influences like the Clash and Drive-By Truckers.
