Weekend Randoms! Gramma Jan enjoying her flower membership. We enjoyed another amazing meal from (seriously, never disappoints) there even delivered ice cream and it hadn’t melted!

In love with these short little sunflowers 🌻 The name washed off the tag but I have the seeds so I will post in comments later when I can locate them 🤔😬.

GIANT ornamental kale 😳 I don’t even know what’s happening here. No filter. No weird lense. If anything it looks smaller in the pic than it is. I have a fat melon.

Cucumbers going gangbusters! I will be leaving extras free on the step at 1029 N 5th.

Join us for the Inaugural Sunrise Equinox Yoga in the Garden at Vintage Greens Garden and Floral on September 22! Excited to partner with Lotus Yoga 🧘 Stay tuned for additional activities being held that day. 🌱🌸🌓

Come join us September 22nd for Equinox Yoga at Vintage Greens!!

There will be a 50 minute Yoga session in the garden, focusing on building and balancing our lives☺️

After yoga, participants can walk the garden and harvest fresh flowers from Vintage Greens under the guidance of the owner Maureen Riley!

Bring a mat and towel. Some will be available if you do not have one.

$20 fee, ALL levels are welcome!
(Chairs are provided)

Happy Friday!! I have the cutest sunflowers ready. They are only about 6-8” tall. Perfect for arrangements like this one with zinnia, basil and dahlia. It smells so good!! Let me know if you know someone who needs a little sun in their life! (PS That person can be YOU!)

On Tuesday, July 30th beginning at 9:00am come to Winship Elementary School (1412 5th Ave. N)
We will be cleaning up the garden by re-staining the wood and refreshing the soil in preparation for an educational Native Plants & Indigenous Medicinal learning garden. This project is aimed at welcoming families and their children to enjoy and learn together. More information, connect with Dr. Laura Munski.
