Come join us September 22nd for Equinox Yoga at Vintage Greens!!

There will be a 50 minute Yoga session in the garden, focusing on building and balancing our lives.

After yoga, participants can walk the garden and harvest fresh flowers from Vintage Gardens under the guidance of owner Maureen Riley!

Bring a mat and towel. Some will be available if you do not have one.

$20 fee, ALL levels are welcome!

Weekend Randoms! Gramma Jan enjoying her flower membership. We enjoyed another amazing meal from (seriously, never disappoints) there even delivered ice cream and it hadn’t melted!

In love with these short little sunflowers 🌻 The name washed off the tag but I have the seeds so I will post in comments later when I can locate them 🤔😬.

GIANT ornamental kale 😳 I don’t even know what’s happening here. No filter. No weird lense. If anything it looks smaller in the pic than it is. I have a fat melon.

In under 5 months this place has been seriously #transformed. I love this “tiny house and not so tiny #garden , #yard and #ramp. It was imperative to me to make sure my business is #accessible and #inclusive. When I’m not in the garden, I am either at work as a #physicaltherapist or with my family and close friends. Those of you who don’t know me personally, likely are not aware that my 17 year old son sustained a C5 Spinal Cord Injury in 2015. He uses a power wheelchair for mobility. And he is amazing, as are many people with mobility challenges . I want them around! And if you are a #businessowner, you should too!! #inclusion #inclusionmatters #youarewelcomehere #vintagegreens
