Hi folks....
Just some reminders for all NPO groups:
1. Your group must come dressed to work at the arena. Everyone must be wearing the same clothing design or a black shirt with the black pants (Again jogging pants and jeans are not acceptable).
2. You must have valid counts for your beginning and ending.
3. You must be on the sign in sheet to work. We have had one person bring in someone else to an event and that person has since been removed from their program.
4. When your group is done and have checked out, please exit the building. Do not go thru the backstage area to get out of the building.
5. We now have 25+ groups trying to work here and more each week are asking to get in. We will try to help all. But please do not complain when you only get a few locations/events A month.
6. Barbacks..... How do I say this. Look at working here like your going to a restaurant and eating A meal. You aren't going to get your meal (Unless your at a buffet) and everything else. Your barbacks are your waitstaff. Please tip them kindly. But then again, you don't have to tip them, but it is appreciated.
Remember to check ID's every transaction and please do not serve folks who have invalid ID's.
