🌟 What a fantastic evening we had last night! 🎉 We had the pleasure of cooking for the Brinks and their wonderful party. The hors d'oeuvres were a hit, featuring deviled eggs topped with candied bacon, and homegrown peaches wrapped in prosciutto, complemented by mozzarella and fresh basil.

Our six-course meal was a culinary journey, starting with delightful pork gyoza served in a zesty ponzu sauce. The buratta salad was a refreshing touch, leading up to the star of the night: a perfectly cooked bone-in filet mignon paired with succulent scallops.

For dessert, we treated everyone to a light and airy sponge cake accompanied by raspberry sorbet and a whimsical white chocolate crumble. We capped off the evening with a unique molecular cocktail sphere that burst with lemon drop martini goodness! 🍹✨

What a fantastic event filled with incredible people! Congratulations to Ashley on such a special occasion. The baby shower was an absolute delight with a delectable brunch buffet and an exquisite dessert table, courtesy of Crawville Cakery . Guests were treated to mouthwatering fresh quiche, an aesthetically pleasing grazing table, rainbow veggie pinwheels, watermelon cubes and a scrumptious pearl sugar waffles bar. The culinary experience was truly exceptional, making it an event to be remembered!

What an amazing night! Tonight, we hosted a remarkable event purchased at the Life Align Inc gala auction. Todd Hunt's generous contribution won him a 4-course steak dinner. The menu included a watermelon sphere with feta cheese, mint, and balsamic vinegar 'caviar', a 'sushi bomb' of sashimi tuna and crab mixture, a Caesar salad in a Parmesan crisp, a Whisky Creek Wagyu Denver steak with Gouda polenta, and a homemade cheesecake with berry compote. Thanks you House of Wine for your generous contribution of wine to make the night truly mesmerizing!

We mastered the art of making 3 cheese ravioli from scratch, paired with a delicious homemade pasta that was topped with a mild pomodoro sauce, grated Romano cheese and fresh herbs. 🍽️✨ Last night's dinner was beyond words! Terry Puffer and Joy Puffer finally indulged in their 4-person, 3-course extravaganza that was purchased from West Michigan K9 fundraiser. The company of new friends made the evening even more magical. We started with a vibrant salad featuring Super Bloom Farms' artisanal greens and fresh veggies. The appetizer was a mouthwatering delight of soy-glazed bacon-wrapped scallops. The main course? A perfectly cooked fillet mignon, garlic and herb butter roasted lobster tail, accompanied by Japanese sweet potato, roasted garlic potato puree, fresh asparagus, and pommes soufflé. And the grand finale was a luscious Madagascar vanilla bean creme brulee. A night to remember!
