Happy March, everyone! Welcome to another Meet the Family Monday 🤗

Next up is our other newest Event Assistant, Abby!

From a one stop light town in Northern Michigan, Abigail has found herself chasing a goal in the event planning world. Although this was not her original career path, she felt called to put her desire to help others into a new direction. She is super excited to put her skills to work and help build your picture perfect event! Abigail has always had a love for decorating and organizing, which comes in handy when putting together your events! She knows how planning your own events can become stressful and chaotic, so why not hire someone to take that away and allow you to enjoy your big day! Outside of building her career, she lives and breathes sports! Growing up she played every sport she could, including being lucky enough to take her basketball career to the college level for a while! Other than sports Abigail often finds herself laughing with friends and family or loving on dogs and horses! Abigail is extremely excited to gain as many kinds of experience as possible before eventually opening her own event planning business!

"Hello! My name is Megan Topolinski and I am so excited to be a part of Wohlfeil Events! I am currently a Sophomore at Ferris State University pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management. I have always been the type of person who loves to help
others and give back, and I believe that having a career in event planning is a great way to continue that passion. In my free time I love to go on walks with my roommates, play
volleyball at the Rec Center and spend time with friends. I love animals and I have two cats and an angel puppy. I am looking forward to starting this journey with an amazing team that shares the same passion as me!"

We're so excited to announce some of our Auction Items for our Harvest A Home Fundraiser this coming Wednesday, Sep 21st starting at 6 pm.

4 tickets to Otsego Club's Color Tour, a 6-month family pass to the Sportsplex, a Golf Package from the Loon, gift baskets, and more, oh my!

Happy Hump Day, Y’all!

Some mid-week info for those who did and did not ask 🤷‍♀️

There is a piece of advice that I give to all of my wedding couples (or any couple getting married honestly) and that is: there are 5 main vendors that you will book for your wedding. Floral, Catering, Bar Service, DJ/Live Band, and Photography.

— Let me make sure I say alllllllll other vendors are important, these are just the five that I find need to be booked first and need to be exactly what you want. —

Then I break it down like this:

✨Catering, Bar Service, + DJ/Live Band have everything to go with your guests’ (and let’s face it, your own) experience at the wedding. People will remember these things. You want your guests to be well fed, well hydrated (😏), and having a dang good time! They’ll talk about it forever.

✨Photography + Floral is simple. The photos are what you’ll be looking at for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. And the floral is in the pictures.. that you’ll be looking at… for the rest of your life!!

The last thing you want to do is regret anything on your big day. Ask questions, get professional opinions. Have the BEST DAY EVER!
