Hi pie loving peeps! I am still making pie even if you haven't heard much from me lately. There is a long story that involves my husband getting cancer and all that entails. But I haven't posted since Christmas time and I have had a couple people ask if I am still baking. I am and I have heard blueberries are in!

Thank you! I had a wonderful time baking the last couple days. I am so grateful today for the women who stepped up to help me and for all of my customers. I am grateful to the farmers of West Michigan, for family, and for love. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

So it may seem that I dropped off the face of the earth. I didn't, but I have started teaching at GRCC and getting a new rhythm to my life. For the time being, I am available to bake on Friday - Sunday. I would still love to make you a pie (or four!) so please reach out. You guys are awesome, but this woman is exhausted. I love going to the market and seeing everyone, but it has taken over my life, so I am going to be taking a break for the rest of the summer to play with my boys. Hi! I'll be back at Rockford Farmers Market this Saturday at 8am pies in hand. Tentatively I am bringing Lemon Mascarpone and Blueberry Tarts, Lemon Creme Tarts, Funky Monkey Pies (Ganache, Dulche de Leche, and Bananas), Chocolate Mousse, the last of the Cherry Pies, and Key Limes. Get there early because I sell out fast. Hope to see you there!
