1st 2 batches of our 13 ingredient whiskey bacon sauce for the Wet Polito is on the stove. People often ask what is in the sauce. Well we will tell you 2 ingredients, whiskey and bacon. The rest is a secret. Come down to Pulaski Days and try one.

2 years ago we were wrapping up Pulaski. This year just getting ready. Another 100 lbs kielbasa done. Kielbasa/kapusta done is 1700+ lbs done. Looking forward serving all of you this weekend.

One week from today we will be kicking off Pulaski Days 2023. We will be serving once again at the Polish Falcons, our 16th year there. We hope to see many of you there.

Our clean up is done. We were able to help out 7 organizations or persons giving away a lot of stuff. Please be assured we do not like throwing things away but times have changed in the food industry and many items we had are no longer needed. We tried for 2 years to give stuff to organizations, charities and food related groups and were able to minimize our disposal.

Getting things claimed. Also have beer, wine, cocktail glasses and about 30 quart canning jars headed for disposal unless someone interested. Message us.

As we have changed our business model over the years we are getting rid of stuff we no longer use. Coffee cups, water glasses, silverware, and a variety of vases and candle holders. If you would want any of these things let us know. We could send better pictures. Free but need to pick up by 1pm Saturday or going in dumpster. Comment or PM us if interested.

We had a great time celebrating our company successes with our annual party last night. Wrapping up our 15th year in business with our great workers. Thank you to all who work with us throughout the year especially the busy/crazy Pulaski Weekend.

Hey everyone! We’re posting another copy of our Pulaski Days menu as we changed just a couple of things to make it even clearer about what each dish features! The menu choices are all still the same and there’s a LOT of food that is being prepped. Can’t wait to see you all!

Here we go! Pulaski Days week is underway. We are busy prepping to be ready to serve you beginning Thursday 5pm. 775 pounds of Kapusta done and paper products filling the hall.

We still have a few delivery spots open for Friday for large orders if interested.
