Welcome my Catering and Dessert page! I'm learning all I can about creating great food. I'm currently a student at Great Lakes Culinary Institute in Traverse City, Mi. I just finished up my second season cooking at Wuskowhan Players Club in West Olive. What a great experience! I've had the opportunity to create meals and desserts using high quality ingredients.
In the year ahead I have some exciting adventures that I'm looking forward to. First, I'll be headed back to GLCI in January to continue my course work. In May I will be traveling to Switzerland for 10 days to study Pastry and Chocolate. In the summer of 2024, I'll be sailing the Great Lakes as an intern on the State of Michigan where I'll be learning more about being a chef on a ship.
For the next few weeks, I'll be keeping busy catering and making desserts. Let me know if you are looking for help with your holiday celebrations. I'll be taking orders until the end of December.
