to a full-service luxury event design and planning boutique located in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. We have executed events across the country, and are always looking to expand our portfolio into new territories. There were two major “areas of interest” for this stunning reception tent in the Parents of the Bride’s backyard… 1️⃣ The custom-built floral boxes around the perimeter of the tent. When you floor/deck a tent, there are different elevations which are usually just hidden with black skirting. But this option gave us the unique opportunity to make it look like the tent’s been there all along and filled with fresh and fragrant blooms. 2️⃣ The hand-crafted and carved custom planter boxes placed at the tent entrance. Guess who made them as a surprise gift for Hannah and Jack? The precious Father of the Bride. What a man of many skills and so much love to bestow. 😭❤️

When conceptualizing this unique es**rt display, we knew we wanted to highlight the Mother of the Bride’s sweet cutting garden just adjacent to the ceremony area. So, we brought in a variety of pots, urns, and vases for our favorite calligrapher to hand-embellish, and filled with fresh blooms and greens. 🌿

We couldn’t be more thrilled to feature one of our beloved couples and their spectacular wedding weekend over the next few days… everyone say “Hi Hannah and Jack”! 😍👋 We’ll kick things off with their stunning rehearsal dinner at the incredibly chic MDRD restaurant at the tippy-top of downtown Grand Rapids. We went a bit more bold with this color palette to match the space, while giving a nice contrast to the softer design of the rest of the wedding weekend. 💃
