Happy - Meet the Grand Event Center's newest Executive Chef, Travis Smoak! 🔪

Chef Smoak comes to us well rounded by his training and travels through France, Italy, Korea, Guam and years of his youth spent in Japan 🌏

Chef Smoak boasts a degree from the Culinary Arts Institute of Tampa Bay, leading him to positions within The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida, and in the Michelin-star restaurant, The Blue Duck Tavern in Washington DC. ⭐️

Chef Smoak has a genuine love for making Latin Food but the way to his heart is through Yakiniku, a traditional Japanese BBQ dish. 🥢
