Let’s talk realistic budgets!

And I don’t mean to be rude
However you cannot get full decor for any amount of people for $500

Please have a realistic budget when contacting decorators.

Matter of fact:
Put everything that you want to see for your event into an Amazon cart and get the amount needed for your guest count
Linens, food table linens, guest linens, head table and gift table
Balloons (3 different sizes) plus a stand
Centerpieces florals or balloons
Vases
Candles
Graphics Menus paper ink
Backdrops
Utensils
Plates
Cups
Napkins
Napkin rings
Chair sashes
Runners
Drapes
Drape stands
Chiara boards
Custom signage
Now add tax
Now add a Uhual truck fee plus gas and tax
Now add a labor fee for the decorator $50-100 per hour (this includes set up and breakdown)
Now add assistant fees $15-25 per hour
And tell me the price you come up with.
This should be your ideal budget
