Some Christians do not believe they can practice yoga due to its Hindu origins. Yoga is not a religion and I only worship one God.
✝️ God gives us the gift of breath and movement, the foundation of yoga practice. I am thankful for this gift and honor God through this gift of mind body connection. Whether it’s in therapy, walking on a treadmill, going to the gym, dancing, yoga, or pilates people need avenues to be healthy and well. 💪🏽 🤍
