I am curious about something. What’s your opinion of bows? When you get a flower arrangement, do you like it to include a bow? Or do you dislike bows? Please give your feedback in the comments. Let me know if you have strong feelings either way.

Look what you guys did!
Yesterday, Andy and I took the money that was raised to Hawk Creek Animal Shelter. I can’t describe the emotions I experienced. The lady who accepted the money was so grateful. The shelter needs us badly right now, and cash donations are so very much appreciated.
The three biggest donors were all people who have been my customers in the past. That didn’t surprise me at all, because I really do have the best customers.
“Thank you” isn’t adequate, but I must say it.
Thank you to all the people who bought a planter or contributed monetarily in any way!Thank you to Stella + Poppy for everything you did (and I know about all the little extra things you did, Beth). I’m blown away by people’s generosity.
Finally, and most importantly, if anyone who’s read this far is thinking about getting a pet, won’t you please consider adopting from a shelter? And if you can’t adopt, please donate whatever you can.

I’m doing a thing on Saturday, Oct. 7 and Sunday Oct. 8. I’ve created a gob of artisan, dried-flower pumpkins and will be selling them starting at 11:00 Sat. morning in front of the Dairy Queen in Granite! There is something for everyone! Several price points and many different varieties!
