September 6th 2024 - Baker Lofts in Holland MI.

This couple hired me for coordination services from 11-11 to complete their Disney wedding day! What an honor to be behind the scenes all day ensuring the couple had no details missed and that all ran smoothly for them. Thank you for choosing ReadyForYouRentals! 🤍

• prepping reception & ceremony space
• helping bring in desserts upon arrival
• coordinating with photographer for photos including areas for first looks and group pictures
• checking with bride & grooms suites to ensure everyone is ready and following timeline
• greeting guests & handing out programs
• moving florals from ceremony to reception
• coordinating with DJ during reception for speeches, toasts, dances, etc.
• cleaning bride & groom suites
• clearing tables and take down of decor at end of reception

November 2nd 2024 - The comeback wedding! This wedding was originally scheduled for September 7th and the bride & groom both got Covid 2 days before! So happy we could still make it happen this year and give them the day they deserved!

Located in Grand Haven at Central Park Place, this ballroom came to life with such a fun color scheme. The couple went with a fall palette that had gold and green accents throughout.

The n**e linen tablecloths paired wonderful with both the decor and the room itself. A mixture of centerpieces, charger plates, and table numbers gave the perfect mix & match look while still looking uniform.

I think the green eucalyptus mix with the pampas in glass cylinders was one of my favorite centerpieces I’ve made yet. Simple but fall and boho!

October 6th 2024 - The perfect fall wedding day for Mr & Mrs Hansen at the New Era Wedding Barn. 🧡

From placing tables, to setting the ceremony space, this venue was completely transformed once I was done. The fall details came together with a touch of elegance from the gold charger plates and black cloth napkins placed at people’s seats.

This couple chose to go with black linens on their tables, giving the dark fall vibe an even more prominent appearance. They also made their own floral backdrop that was put with two sections of my greenery wall, making for a great photo space!

September 8th 2024 - A beautiful wedding at the Wabaningo Club in Whitehall, with their ceremony on a beach overlooking White Lake. This couple had to change their location last minute (while also coming into town from Germany) due to the storms that impacted Whitehall this year, and although this wasn’t their original space or idea, it turned out stunning!

The dainty & antique details of this wedding completely transformed the venue and I loved seeing my decor next to place settings from Debby Does Dishes. Always beautiful!

Happy Wedding Day to Kennadi & Eric today at Heritage Farms in Fremont, MI! 🎉🤍 My first full set up of the season and it was extra special as this is where my husband and I were also married.

So excited to have added a second color option to our charger plate collection! 🎉 Now offering a gold beaded edge and distressed sage green.

These plates are 13 inches in diameter and add a great pop of color to the table! The gold option has 240 available and sage green has 150 available. They rent for 50 cents each.
