Menu Update!

We will no longer be carrying our Chasu Pork Belly as an option at the Phoodery.

We have tried our hardest to keep up with the prep that goes into this taxing dish.

Our menu needs to be and stay consistent in our brick and mortar.

Keep an eye out for the Curbside King food truck and our pop ups on door dash. I’ll be keeping the Pork Belly on stash in the truck!

Chef William is hard at work putting together our new restaurant! Curbside will remain open at the Phoodery serving up our classics.

Kāpa’a “Creations by Curbside” will be making big announcements soon.

This new beautiful location will give us an environment where our creative ideas can flourish, paired with local wines and fine sake’.
