Tonkatsu coconut lime broth with chasu pork belly.
Loaded up with wheat ramen noodles, slow roasted chasu pork belly. Sweet marinated soft boiled egg, thin sliced shallots and scallions, sweet corn, daikon radish, toasted sesame seeds, chasu reduction.

Hey everyone! I got a little behind on prep this morning and had difficulties sourcing all of my ingredients. We will be ready to go at 12 with our full menu, and our ramen will be ready fully between 3-4. So if you’re coming strictly for the ramen wait until after 4! Or call and check first! Thanks all

In the truck or at the bar top, this Chasu Pork Belly Ramen is absolute 🔥

Start with our slow braised chasu pork belly. Tender cooked then thin sliced with a hefty portion.
In our chasu we marinate our soft boiled eggs. Loaded up with a bunch of fresh local veggies and a savory broth this ramen is exactly what you need on a cold day.

Oh, and a Pumpkin Ale from our friends at Weekend Beer Company

We got a fun rotator to celebrate Weekend Beer Company’s 6th birthday today!

🍍 Island Boy Soba Noodles
-stir fried veggies, tossed with your choice of chicken or tri tip with our Yakisoba noodles and Polynesian inspired sauce blend. Topped with toasted sesame seads, thin sliced green onions, toasted coconut and a candied cantaloupe. Right out of the fruit!

This dish has become the brewers creation. All the goodness of our Chimi Churri Tri Tip with udon noodles and the fix ins.

When those noodles hit the stir fry with a shot of our chimi churri.. the smell is ridiculous!
