We are open 12-7 today. Some wacky product distribution issues have made sourcing all of our products a little difficult. We got just about everything needed but there will be some slight improvising. See you all soon!

Starting the first of June we will be open at the weekend Thursday-Sunday!

Hopefullyully this will make getting us on your weekly schedule a bit easier. Plus, this schedule will a lot much more family time for the chef and prep time for specials!

Today we prepped Chasu Pork Belly. But I feel like it’s a little hot for ramen, so let bring back our favorite!

Chasu Pork Belly Tacos 🐖
- served by the 2 or 3 taco plate
We start with a 6” flour tortilla, with shredded red cabbage, pan seared chasu pork belly, sesame pickled red onions, seared corn salsa, siracha lime aioli, chasu reduction, thin sliced scallions and black toasted black sesame seads.

These wont last long, so come give them a shot! Maybe the chef favorite to ever be served from the truck.
