🔥 Y’all ready for Taco Tuesday?? 👑

Today we prepped Chasu Pork Belly. But I feel like it’s a little hot for ramen, so let bring back our favorite!

Chasu Pork Belly Tacos 🐖
- served by the 2 or 3 taco plate
We start with a 6” flour tortilla, with shredded red cabbage, pan seared chasu pork belly, sesame pickled red onions, seared corn salsa, siracha lime aioli, chasu reduction, thin sliced scallions and black toasted black sesame seads.

These wont last long, so come give them a shot! Maybe the chef favorite to ever be served from the truck.

Seriously popular demand! We were asked multiple times every day since it left. So here’s the deal! This item takes a ton of extra prep time! I spent all morning getting pork belly and soft boiled marinated eggs ready. I’m gonna try to keep stock in hand, but just don’t pass on your opportunity!

I should stay totally stocked Thursday/friday!!
