I wanted to introduce myself and give a little info about my background. My name is Loni Ra and I just relocated to Grass Valley CA from Texas late 2022.
Over the last 10 years I have owned and operated my own juice and smoothie bar, organic restaurant and food truck businesses. I also managed and operated a catering business, as well as worked as a beverage formulation and development consultant.
I love making beautiful food from the highest quality ingredients and can create menus for any dietary needs all while working with budgets of all sizes. I work closely with my clientele to bring their vision for their events to life!
