Artist Studios available for rent 🏡🔑 Find a new home for your studio in the historic Grass Valley Museum and Cultural Center!
Two studios are available for rent: One is 900 sq. ft. and rents for $1,220; it is on the ground floor.
The second studio is 970 sq. ft. and rents for $1,400. it is on the third floor. This is a unique and special place to create and build community with local, like-minded artists.

Ready to play What is it Wednesday with us? This week's guess should be relatively easy for you to figure out. Answer will be given tomorrow.

The museum will be closed on Friday, July 4th, so that our volunteers can celebrate Independence Day with their families. Docents will be available tomorrow & Saturday for you to visit from 12:30 - 3:30 pm.

Did you come by & find our Find It Friday in the large dollhouse in the classroom? Not actually a dollhouse that little girls would play with, this was a popular past time, referred to as rooms in miniature. The most famous collection of these are the Julia Thorne rooms at the Chicago Art Institute.

The Grass Valley Museum & Cultural Center would like to thank volunteers Ron & especially, Randy for the restoration work done on the front doors of St. Joseph's Hall. We truly appreciate the time & work taken to restore these doors to their former glory.
