Meet the gal behind the lens!

Hi! My name is Lydia. My childhood nickname was Lucy Loo. I started this photography journey in 2021. Prior to photography I wore many hats. I worked in the corporate world for a bit, I helped my mom run the daycare she owned, and I also was a vet tech. When covid hit, my world changed. My husband and I sold everything we owned and started traveling the country in his semi truck. In 2020 I came off the road to help my parents build their RV park in Siloam Springs. After the park opened I wanted to find a career that I would be happy in. A career that fit my husbands crazy work schedule! So I picked up a camera! I had some experience taking photos of children and pets but it was still terrifying starting this journey. I did lots of online training, I mentored with a few photographers in the area, and I practiced practiced practiced! I couldn’t be more thankful for the last 2 years! My husband and I are now adopting a child (hopefully two) through the foster care system, I’ve been able to rent an actual studio space downtown Siloam Springs, and I’ve gotten to meet so many amazing clients!
