As many of you know, we have two amazing wedding and event facilities along with space at the Cole Farms property. It is no secret that the industry in general has had some setbacks, both Peggy and I have experienced this firsthand. What we are looking for is someone that has banquet/cook experience…not opposed to calling it a “chef” position, but I have found that someone with cooking and coordinating abilities works perfectly too. I am willing to explore paying per event, paying for the season, etc. I believe that a serious person who really enjoys this business could be successful, especially if they learned and liked how we operate.
