What we are looking for is someone that has banquet/cook experienceโฆnot opposed to calling it a โchefโ position, but I have found that someone with cooking and coordinating abilities works perfectly too. I am willing to explore paying per event, paying for the season, etc. I believe that a serious person who really enjoys this business could be successful, especially if they learned and liked how we operate.
