Looking for something fun to do on this beautiful spring day? Come out and see me @ the 1st Annual Lake County Food Truck Frenzy held @ the Lake County Fairgrounds from Noon -5pm. I'll be wearing my Medleys In Motion hat as I DJ/emcee the event (I'll even provide earplugs for those who don't like my background music). 15 food trucks featuring an array of delicious foods! Proceeds from the event support our local Exchange Club of Grayslake (of which I'm a member) as we help fight child abuse!

Greg with Medleys in Motion is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had our dream wedding at Geneva National this past weekend (April 19th, 2014), and Greg absolutely nailed it! He was on the preferred vendors list at our venue (the venue coordinator raved about him), so we knew we were in good hands from the start. We hired him for both the ceremony and reception, and he and his assistant Kelly didn't miss a beat! The dance floor was on fire all night! They played all of our favorite songs that we had discussed ahead of time, but made sure to play them when my husband and I were on the dance floor! They also accommodated any request of our guests right away (unless it was on the "do not play" list of course!). Also, it was nice to see that Greg and Kelly seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves throughout the night. Every time I looked over at the DJ table they were both smiling from ear to ear, as if they were having just as much fun as we were! We can't thank Greg enough for helping us throw the party of our lives!

November marks the beginning of "engagement season"! As friends, family members & co-workers get engaged, it would mean so much if you would pass along our name as couples begin to look for wedding venues, DJ's etc. For over 17 years, MIM has continued to entertain at weddings and events throughout Chicagoland, Lake Geneva, Milwaukee and even out-of-state. it's a great Monday morning when YELP sends me an email saying MIM has a new review & it's from this past weekends bride & groom posting an amazing review about DJ Jim Carroll & myself! After 16-years of DJ'n, I still get excited for every gig! Thank you so much Mr & Mrs Chris Berens for being such an awesome couple to work with! So great to see a packed floor all night! Congrats & enjoy your honeymoon!!
