We developed this recipe specially for the butcher shop, as Drew requested "Cowboy Soup" This soup is packed with hearty beef, local Timeless Food black butte chickpeas, Big Sky Fungi & Herb mushrooms, potatoes, sweet corn, green beans and pepperoncini peppers in a savory tomato infused broth. Stop in to Central Avenue Meats to try a complementary sample on Friday evening!

I’m heading home with a full heart and an even fuller notebook after an incredible time in Cleveland attending the Shared Kitchen Summit and Golden Whisk Awards! ✨

I want to give a huge thank you to Food Corridor for awarding the scholarship that made it possible for me to attend in the first place. Your support opened the door to 4 days of connection, inspiration, and a reminder on exactly why we do this work.

And to my amazing community, family and friends back home — THANK YOU for making sure my flights and hotel were covered, for cheering me on, and for believing in the mission behind my work. I felt your support with me every step of the way and represented our state with pride.

I absorbed more information than I currently even know what to do with… and that’s the magic of it. I’m excited for new perspectives, tools, and energy to pour into our shared kitchen community in Montana.

🌟 Off to the Shared Kitchen Summit & Golden Whisk Awards! 🌟

Chef Julie is in Cleveland this week attending the Shared Kitchen Summit and Golden Whisk Awards, joining fellow chefs, food entrepreneurs, and kitchen leaders from across the country. Attending conferences, workshops, and innovative discussions. Chef is excited to bring back new ideas, concepts, tools, and inspiration to share with our community.
