Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Hoffman!

We are honored to be part of such a beautiful celebration. 🥂
The festivities began with a lovely rehearsal dinner on Friday evening in our Yukon Jax Bar & Grille, where the couple selected a hearty Smokehouse BBQ Buffet. On Saturday, they continued the celebration with their reception in our Grand Ballroom, where guests were greeted with a selection of delicious appetizers, including assorted cheese and sausage trays, garden-fresh vegetable crudités with dill dip, and ham & pickle roll-ups.

For dinner, the couple offered a plated meal starting with a fresh Mixed Greens Salad, followed by a choice of entrées: Sirloin Tips with mushroom gravy, slow-roasted pork loin topped with cranberry apple glaze, or a flavorful pesto primavera with sautéed seasonal vegetables and penne pasta in a rich pesto cream sauce. Each entrée was accompanied by Yukon garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert was a delightful treat with dessert bars and cookies, while late-night cravings were satisfied with Tundra Lodge Pizzas. 🍕 Guests enjoyed a variety of beverages, including Bush Light, Coors Light, house wines, and soda.

We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the talented vendors who helped bring this celebration to life: 🎶 DJ Milo Gambino for providing the perfect soundtrack for the evening 🎥 Zack Smith for capturing every precious moment & 📸 Jen Koss for beautifully documenting the day.

🎉 A Big Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Blatz! 🎉

What a weekend to remember! We were thrilled to host this beautiful couple as they celebrated their love and commitment with us last weekend. Their journey began on Thursday evening with a rehearsal dinner and a delicious Taste of Italy Buffet. On Friday afternoon, the couple exchanged vows in our Ballroom Lobby, followed by a stunning reception in the Grand Ballroom.

Guests were treated to a Mixed Greens Salad, Herb Roasted Chicken, Pork Loin with Apple Glaze, Yukon Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Traditional Stuffing, Corn, and Dinner Rolls with Butter. Guests enjoyed a Champagne Punch Fountain, alongside Busch Light, Spotted Cow, and House Wine. Dessert from Roeck’s Bakery was a sweet indulgence, and Tundra Lodge Pizzas were provided for a late night snack.

💐 Willow & Ivy Design created the breathtaking floral arrangements.
🎶 Sound Blessed kept the energy high with photo booth, up-lighting, and dinner music.
📸 Rachel Miller Photography captured all of the magical moments.
🐾 The couple’s love for their furry friends was reflected in their thoughtful party favor – a Dog Treat Bar, bringing smiles to all.
📝 Honey Event Planning ensured the day went off without a hitch with their expert coordination.
