Ok everyone, just checking in with everyone
We are so close to another amazing reunion
And the excitement is starting.

We would love to here from you and start making some more memories.

Please tell your family members that you know are not on FB where and when.

If you have any questions please call me or pm me. Also campers are welcome. As long as you have a generator.

We are asking that cars and truck park in the front so we have room. For the campers in back.

This is going to be another great year and can't wait to see everyone. And hopefully new faces that didn't get to come last year.

Good evening everyone, it's getting to be that time again for the 2023 reunion.

We are getting very excited for this year with a surprise " we will have a DJ this year with tons of music and kareoke with Mike Worley.

Please remember that this year we will have it at Laura Dales house on deel road.

If you have a camper please bring it along with a generator. This way you can stay and have tons of fun and family time.

We will be having ribs and pork. Also hotdogs for anyone that wants them.

Please bring a covered dish chairs and BYOB. We will also have the amazing bar set up with some drinks as well.

Remember to get your raffle items together and man we will have some great items this year.

The date is October 14 at 12 noon. 2042 Deel road green cove springs. Please call me at 904 314 7585 if you have any questions.

We have plenty of room for your campers so don't worry about that.

We are going to ask that you park in the lot by the road so the campers have more room.

I also would like to schedule a meeting if possible.

Me and Scooter want that everyone for a great time today. In meant so much that we were able to host this amazing reunion. We raised a total of 1025.00. What a great day.

We are 13 days and counting away from our 1st Dales/Mays reunion. If you have not RSVP'd yet. Please do so. We need to have an accurate head count so the meat can be ordered. Also if you have not gotten back to me about what you are bringing please do that as well. We are good with deserts. Thank you to all that have gotten back to me already about what sides you are bringing. A real quick reminder. Please bring a chair and what ever adult beverage you want. There will be a raffle so please bring something to raffle off. The purpose of the raffle is to raise money for next year's reunion. Can't wait to see you all there.

Good morning everyone. I wanted to give an update. We have several families that have not confirmed on the event page regarding what they are bringing and or if they are coming.

So far here is what we have.

1. Macaroni and cheese
2. Pasta salad
3. Vegetable plate
4. Cheese and meat tray
5. Hotdogs for the kids or who doesn't like BBQ
6. Buffalo dip
7. Tuna Macaroni salad
8. Cake for the reunion made by myself
9. Ribs and roast ( the main dish)

Please contact me by phone or messenger to confirm what you are bringing and how many people will be coming with you. Also remember about the donations, raffle, and silent auction fund. If you can please bring items for these events. Funds are to be put towards next year's event.

Happy Sunday all, we are getting closer every day to the reunion. I know I ask this question last week however, I am still in need of several responses on invitations ( as fa s if you have invited a family member that I do not have their contact information. And how many people will be in your group. If there is someone that was not on the invitation list and you have their fb information please have them friend request me so I can add them.

Good morning Dales and Mays Family Reunion members.

I just wanted to get an update on our page. If you have been in contact with anyone that is not listed in the event please message me and let me know. I am trying to get an accurate number of Family members coming, also if you know of any children coming please give me the age of the children so I can accurately get prizes. Money, the money is for the raffle tickets, silent auction and also the Donation listed above.

Gift: for the silent auction. And raffle. If you would like to bring a prize to be awarded to the kids for the kids games that would be helpful.
