It's Friday! Time to get ready for tomorrow's Liberty Lake Farmers' Market! where you can find Que Sabroso serving up delicious Colombian/Caribbean cuisine from 9 AM to 1 PM. Our menu includes:
Colombian tamales. empanadas, arepas, coconut chicken and rice, Cholado, horchata, and fresh tropical fruit juices. Come visit us for a taste of the Caribbean!
We are at this market every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Celebrating every achievement I make in my business/food truck journey, big or small.
I was able to filled the propane tank on my food truck for the first time today!
It took me two years to find someone who could do the work for me and not charge me $10k to $20k.
So…in my food truck journey, this is a  pretty big deal.
I can actually cook out of my food truck! Now hope and pray that labor and industry doesn’t take another year to get it approved.

Que Sabroso will not be at the Coeur d’Alene farmers market today due to a little mishap in the kitchen, I nearly chopped my finger off and couldn’t continue cooking.
I’m so very sorry for the inconvenience.

I decided that I’m going to wait and announce In may, all the market and places I’m going to sell my food this summer. 
I’m trying to stay close to home as I live in the Valley.
Every once in a while, I get this felling that maybe I should just open a restaurant.
(And that could be a possibility in the future, if I find the right place for it.)But for now, I just want to to  take my food truck and drive to different places every week.

Felt inspire to make crapes today and decided to surprise my next-door neighbor with this yummy yummy treats!
 and I also made one for me, but I didn’t take a picture of it. Mine was a savory one smoked salmon and crab crêpe….so good 😋🤤

I just had an amazing day at Shadle Park Presbyterian Church, teaching camp kids about my cooking.
This is my second year doing this. We pick vegetables and herbs from the garden and use  normal things from the pantry.  this time we use red beans and spaghetti. along with squash, zucchini, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant  we picked from the garden and made a delicious red bean soup with lots of vegetables and a very delicious pasta with a creamy vegetable sauce.  I thought I made so much food. The kids loved it so much they kept asking for more, there was nothing left.  I guess that’s the theme Every time I cook, I can never make enough food for everyone. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This Is the only day this year I’ll be at this market .
 I will have pork tamales,  chicken and steak arepas, empanadas. Choripapas, Salpicón de frutas and Horchata.
