It is with great sadness that we share of the passing of one our former long time board members. Gerald served many years on the Putnam County Fair Board. We are grateful for the time serving this great organization. Our condolences to his wife Dorothy and his family.

Gerald L. Edwards passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sept. 21, 2024 at the age of 86. Gerald was a 1957 graduate of Greencastle High School. He went on to become a mechanic for the Indiana State Police, retiring after 28 years of service. Gerald and his wife Dorothy were extremely involved in th...
