Greenfield, Indiana has long been a quiet little community to the east of Indianapolis. The county seat of Hancock County, Greenfield has had famous residents in the past and many happy families living and growing in our midst. Now as a rebirth of downtown is in progress, we are home to beautiful art galleries, a wonderful historic performing arts center, restaurants that feature live music, and e

vents such as Second Friday, the WIll Vawter Juried Art Competition, Riley Festival, the annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Competition and the Pennsy Trail Art Fair. The Hancock County Arts and Cultural Council encourages the growth of our hometown artists and has played a vital part in this flourishing arts environment.
