I still have a few dates available in September and October! Grab them now for a fall getaway at the beach. My favorite time to be there, weather is still very pleasant but the beach is not crowded. So peaceful!

Hey there FB friends! I am planning a community yard sale in the parking lot of my commercial property at 630 N Elm Street on Saturday August the 12th.

I am inviting friends and neighbors to come and set up to sell their unwanted items or to shop the sale!

I will be advertising the sale on various social media sites. I currently have 5 spaces available for set up and will reserve them on a first come/ first served basis. The spaces are approximately 9’x 18’.

I do have a few tables and garment racks available on first come/first served basis or you can bring your own!

There are 3 families confirmed to participate at present and I have room for 5 more.

I would also like invite local artisans, crafts people and gardeners to set up on the front lawn (yard sale items will be set up in the parking lot at the rear of the property.

The sale will begin promptly at 8AM and folks are welcome to come and set up the night before or early morning Saturday morning.

Please message me if interested in setting up and I will reserve a space for you! Otherwise we hope to see you shop the sale!

Please note that there will be an opportunity to make donations to Carolina Adoption Services at this event and that I myself will be donating a portion of the proceeds of my sale items to this non-profit.

Welcome back! Come enjoy the beautiful scenery that the downtown historic district has to offer. The leaves are changing and It is gorgeous ! Host an intimate outdoor dinner under the fall foliage. Our outdoor string lights give the patio an amber glow. Take in the crisp air while you enjoy great food and laughter with friends. After dinner, relax and get warm as you sit around our beautiful fire pit.

The 113-year-old home has been fully renovated with modern amenities, but still retains many of its original architectural touches, including a grand staircase and multiple Art Deco tile fireplaces.
