This article explains the brilliance that is Dominick Amendum, his talents, his experience & his love for his alma mater & students are top notch!

Avilon Trust Tate had the opportunity to go to Pace with a scholarship and many other well established MT schools, but it was something attractive about a Brand New “MT program” UNC Greensboro, and how he could help establish that program; Dom of course with his years of Broadway experience in Avi’s all time favorite show, WICKED The Musical & and the program’s unique approach in making students individually unique and not just trying to produce cookie cutter artist… this is why our decision was made!

We are proud, we are excited and we are greatful to be a part of the magic that is UNCG Musical Theatre 🎭! Booking 2 regional shows and 3 Broadway shows all before graduating this past 2024 is simply proof in the pudding and we owe a great deal to the staff for their continued support while navigating such a unique path through college! We will always love our UNCG family!

Wicked Movie is lucky to have had Dom’s input and creativity for this film… something we were blessed to experience the entire time while at UNCG!!

I’ve seen this cast of The Wiz Broadway over 8 times and I still get chills when they sing this here song!

For them not to win a Tony Awards for Thee Best Vocals on Broadway is pure lies!!! Yeah they messed up and slept on this talented cast!!! Yeah I said it🫰

You had to have been there! If you missed the original revival cast… oh well, catch the new touring cast in a city near you coming soon!

Hubby & I watching women’s gymnastics yesterday-

Me:
WOW, how cool is it for Simone Biles gym babies to see history being made by one of their own, to root her on and actually train at the same gym as “the goat”! It must be so inspiring for them…

Hubby: Yeah much like you and The Pointe Company and Technique Conservatory babies seeing so many of your babies on some of the largest stages in the world, on Broadway… how inspired they must be too..

Morale of the story- Sometimes you yourself are so inspired by so many Amazing people whom you are around and follow and in awe of their greatness that you don’t even consider yourself on that same level who inspires others to work at their fullest potential and become great in their special gifts.
