The Pointe Company and Technique Conservatory Business Professional Performance Conservatory Our goal at THE POINTE! is to offer the finest dance education to students of all ages. At THE POINTE!

Some of our students have a serious interest in the art form and hope to make it their profession one day; while others simply find it an enjoyable activity either way we strive to encourage each student to "rise". Our focus is to bring out the best in every student, offer many opportunities, set realistic and age appropriate goals wile instilling a genuine love of the art form. we help to build

healthy bodies and minds, greater self esteem poise, motivation and dedication in a safe and stress free learning environment. With each year, we grow stronger as our students are consistently soaring and striving for excellence from ages 2 years old and up! A New Grad To Celebrate

Congratulations to The Pointe Company and Technique Conservatory Member, Instructor, and Guest Artist Dasia Amos on her graduation from UNC Greensboro this past weekend.

Dasia received her BFA in Dance (Summa Cum Laude) with a minor in Musical Theater. She achieved this while also performing as a Swing in MJ the Musical on Broadway and serving as the youngest Assistant Dance Captain on Broadway.

Dasia, we love you and are so proud of you. Keep SHINING!!

This article explains the brilliance that is Dominick Amendum, his talents, his experience & his love for his alma mater & students are top notch!

Avilon Trust Tate had the opportunity to go to Pace with a scholarship and many other well established MT schools, but it was something attractive about a Brand New “MT program” UNC Greensboro, and how he could help establish that program; Dom of course with his years of Broadway experience in Avi’s all time favorite show, WICKED The Musical & and the program’s unique approach in making students individually unique and not just trying to produce cookie cutter artist… this is why our decision was made!

We are proud, we are excited and we are greatful to be a part of the magic that is UNCG Musical Theatre 🎭! Booking 2 regional shows and 3 Broadway shows all before graduating this past 2024 is simply proof in the pudding and we owe a great deal to the staff for their continued support while navigating such a unique path through college! We will always love our UNCG family!

Wicked Movie is lucky to have had Dom’s input and creativity for this film… something we were blessed to experience the entire time while at UNCG!!
