-Beef Braciole is an Italian dish made by stuffing thin slices of beef with a flavorful mixture of breadcrumbs, herbs, and cheese, then rolling them up, searing them, and braising them in a rich tomato sauce until tender.
-Chicken Parmesan is a classic for a reason! Chicken - hand breaded and fried - then smothered with our homemade sauce and covered with Mozzarella and Parmesan!
