The latest vintage of Bailando was crafted with fruit from a new grower to us that has resided and worked in Mendoza since the 16th Century. Their viticultural history began with the planting of French-ancestry noble grapes in 1860, plus the construction of their first winery. The current winery is in Alta Medrano, 20 miles southeast of the region's capital city of Mendoza.

This succulent sipper is great by the glass and also pairs with a wide variety of cuisines from Thai food to Mexican fare. It’s a great option for people who enjoy aromatic Viogniers, lush Chardonnays and full-bodied Moscatos.

We worked with a new Abruzzo grower which was founded in 1964 and has been a certified organic winery for more than 25 years, well ahead of the curve. Certified biodynamic in 2003, about one-third of the grapes are biodynamic, and the balance are all organic—all are certified vegan.
