Because of the damages from Hurricane Helene we knew that yesterday we’d need to move quickly to create a plan b. The venue and all surrounding businesses and residents have no power still, and we were unsure if we’d even get to have a wedding at all. But then God worked a miracle! The Rutherford has the most beautiful and spacious outdoor courtyard area where we were able to host a gorgeous ceremony and then flip into an even prettier reception. With a beautiful 74° day and the perfect overcast lighting for photos, it ended up being better then we could’ve imagined. We even had running water!

The catering company pulled out all the stops and somehow delivered the most delicious appetizers and plated dinner service for 45 guests. The DJ and Ceremony Violinist both had battery operated sound systems that were charged and ready to rock n roll, and the photographer and venue/bar rolled with the punches and we all put on a seamless and fun wedding event!

Above all else, the couple remained super positive and easy going throughout it all and they were so happy with the end result, all things considered! They even had family from Charlotte pick up a brand new wedding cake from Publix and transport it all the way to Greenville, since ours were all closed.

Elise and Matthew, we are so happy we got to be a part of your wedding day and we are so thankful to the amazing vendor team who made it all happen! Congratulations! 💍09.28.24

One of the cutest head tables I’ve seen! The individual roses and the bows 😍 we had one hour in between the ceremony and reception to get this table and 6 guests tables completely set and ready for dinner, and it was a flawless transition. This is why we recommend hiring full service wedding vendors, it makes such a difference on your wedding day and it adds an element of trust and efficiency that allows you to relax and enjoy your day!

Wow. I am so unbelievably proud of 2022! When we officially opened Beth Ryan Company 1 year ago, I never in a million years thought it would take off as quickly as it did.
