What a rough storm. 12 days with out power! Ouch!
We've missed yall!
We are fresh n clean.
We spent the day cleaning coolers, equipment and the smoker.
Floors have been scrubbed.
Side items were prepped.
Sauces made and poured up!
Butts went in yesterday and we are here getting them chopped!
Grateful to our amazing crew of people!
Everyone come together and knocked it out of the park!

Yesterday the catering kitchen/commissary came back on line. This is a tremendous help.
I received a text message from that it would be Tuesday before Wade Hampton was back online.
We started getting hash on the menu again at the Simpsonville store.
With both the commissary and Simpsonville open, we are again able to start making our own sauces available. Those will be back in Simpsonville starting Sunday.
Thank goodness.
With the grocery challenges we are only able to get limited amounts of milk currently for banana pudding. So we're just making small batches for Simpsonville and caterings currently.

That's the update on Henry's.

Good morning folks! Today we bring some news for you.

We are up and running with a little more today than yesterday. Slowly things are coming back.
We have hash, rice, and peach cobbler back on the menu.

Edit: Facebook cut the image off. The Lowe's in Simpsonville has lots of ice for those who need it.

Good morning from Simpsonville!

We are getting geared up for the day with a limited menu. Our Wade Hampton store and our commissary are both still without power today. We can see power all around us just not on us. Hopefully soon.
Because our commissary is out, we are starting from scratch on all of our sauces. It will be a few days before we have Henrys sauces back up and running again. For now we are using substitution sauces and getting creative.

Good morning from Simpsonville!
We have power at our Simpsonville store!
We are currently inventory all of our losses. In order to get up and running again , we need to throw away our losses and clean everything up. Will get fresh product in tomorrow and hopefully be open for you by Wednesday. 🤞🏻
