Thank you to for sourcing us the perfect pop of whimsy for our space: sections from Jan Davidsz de Heem ‘Vase of Flowers’. Bringing baroque refinement and vivid color, these pieces liven up the neutrals in our space for a fun, personal touch.

A look at The Klaus Chandelier from

A centerpiece to our sitting area, the Klaus Chandelier features seedy glass panels in a smoke finish. Each glass piece has a varying finish and texture, giving a worn, organic feel to the overall piece. An antique brass iron frame arranges the pieces in a circle, radiating soft beams throughout the room like a spotlight. This chandelier was selected to guide the flow of conversation in a radial manner throughout the room, gathering guests to the center.

The Loft is not just a spot for holding events–it’s a place to allow yourself a pause from reality as you check in for an overnight stay.

In our first bedroom, we have two antique Moroccan style beds, which feature hand-adorned gilded mirrors with gold and silver leaf églomisé geometric star patterns. Sourced through , the brushed brass detailing on these bed frames tie in the metal touchpoints that carry throughout The Loft. The left wing of The Loft was designed for comfort–this seating area, while connected to our Pink Champagne Bar, centers around the fireplace. As the main focal point, the fireplace gives guests a feeling of home, evoking relaxation and ease. Wanting no harsh lines to disrupt the flow of the room, wire was installed to round the corners of the fireplace as custom French lace stucco was added for organic texture. The mantel was a last minute addition, and in a moment of fate, brought us a beautiful showroom beam as a sample that ended up being the perfect color and size–we installed it immediately as it was!

Edward Lounge Chairs were sourced from to center around the Azami Coffee Table from , flanked by additional white chairs from . Small Rasi Antique Brass tables from serve to give guests additional space to place their food and drink as they lounge. To give the room an extra pop, the large floral pieces from enhance the neutral grays and whites of the space, while tying in the pinks from the facing Champagne Bar. Above it all, the Klaus Chandelier from mirrors the grays, touches of brass, and round shapes of the tables for a cohesive hosting space.
