On Monday 3/16 our President and governmental leaders asked us to not gather in groups of 10 or more and avoid restaurants and bars. This is devastating news to us in the hospitality industry. 9.5 million people in the hospitality industry will be directly effected by this, 208 BILLION dollar industry. However, the opposite side of the coin shows a much greater good.
Our priority is the safety and wellness of our employees and customers. We believe that social distancing is something that must happen in order for change to happen.
These days we must be proactive instead of reactive. Are we over thinking? Maybe? Time will tell.
That being said, we at Henry’s Smokehouse have made the bold decision to close our indoor seating and begin curbside/to go service only effective Wednesday 3/18 at 11am when all stores open lasting through the end of the month.
This is whole new territory for us. We have devised a plan, which will need tweaking on the fly. Please allow us to work out the kinks as we go through this process. We promise to give you the same quick and efficient service with a smile as we would any other day of the week.
If you are healthy and hungry come see us.

How will this work?

Several ways:

1. Online orders via our website, page, or app (you will be able to order and pay here)
2. Call your order in (you will be able to order over the phone and pay onsite)
3. Pull into a parking space and flag one of our people monitoring the spaces. 11am-7pm daylight hours only, weather permitting. (Order and pay onsite)

We hope you will continue to support us in this time of uncertainty and constant change. We will continue to use our additional cleaning and sanitizing efforts along with our regular food safety and handling procedures.

Please continue to support your local small businesses, these new norms have potential to be devastating for us all.

During this time of uncertainty we at Henry’s Smokehouse are committed to our community. We want to assure you that we are taking your health along with the health of our staff as a priority. We wish to be open and available for your needs, as you see fit.
That being said we want to reassure you we have had meetings with our staff about extra cleaning efforts to be had, in addition to our regular food safety and handling procedures.

Any employees who aren’t feeling well, will not be allowed to work. If we have an employee shortage please be patient with us, we will take care of you as best we can.

If you are feeling well and want to come join us for lunch or dinner, please do. We welcome you.

If your cautious about getting out in public, feel free to use our online ordering service via our website, Facebook, or app. You can order there, pay there, and once you arrive at our stores let us know and we shall bring it to you while you remain in your car, lessening your contact with people.
We also have our catering delivery services available to you or your business needs. Please note, these services are typical for groups of 10 or more.

We have built public hand sanitizer stations which will available for use in all our stores once the shipment of sanitizer arrives.

We loved being at Song Hill Reserve for Angelina & Kyle Logan’s wedding on May 4, 2019. This venue provided a wonderful backdrop for our food display and Larson was great to work with, she really made us feel welcome!
