Hello, my name is Scarlett. I'm the owner of Madam Fiesta a party rental company. I stopped doing business completely when my sister passed away but I am temporarily offering my services 40% off rental equipment and 25% balloon art or custom decals to raise funds for a family relative in need to cover their funeral expenses after their son who unexpectedly passed on Christmas Eve from a blood clot. I am still licensed and 100% insured.
