Designer by Patrick Kelly an American designer in Paris this dress is insane!! Patrick Kelly was the first African American to show his collections on the runway in Paris. This python printed Lycra dress was never worn from his 1985 jungle theme collecion. Slighter shorter in the front and flows to a small train in the back.
