From elevated hors d’oeuvres to a special crème brûlée finale, this intimate Westport dinner party was an unforgettable night of flavor & finesse.

🥂 Guests were greeted with a curated selection of passed bites—delicate blini crowned with crème fraîche and caviar, crisp Korean fried cauliflower with a sweet chili kick, and melt-in-your-mouth lamb lollipops.

🌿 First course set the tone with a vibrant arugula salad, studded with pickled shallots, pomegranate jewels, creamy goat cheese, and candied walnuts, finished with a pear vinaigrette.

🔥 Entrées wowed with bourbon-glazed salmon served alongside charred asparagus and creamy potato au gratin, while one lucky guest indulged in a double-cut New York strip, perfectly paired with chimichurri and horseradish sauce.

🍮 Dessert featured vanilla bean crème brûlée, torched to golden perfection and topped with fresh berries.
