We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) Music Administrator to support our busy and vibrant music department. The department comprises seven choirs, two full-time professional musicians, two visiting vocal coaches, six professional choir section leaders, and approximately 100 volunteers. Please come to this free organ recital by the extraordinary concert organist, Isabelle Demers. The program, beginning at 5:00 pm, will include Igor Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite as well as music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Cesar Frank, and Rachel Laurin. Everyone begins in the Chapel and process with candles to the Main Sanctuary

The Feast of the Presentation of Christ in the Temple includes a blessing of candles to remind us that even in the midst of the darkest days of winter, Christ is the light of the world. This service will include traditional chanting and smoky incense. You are welcome to bring your candles from home to be blessed.

Thank you for your generosity. The Endupoto Primary School in Tanzania is part of the Outreach program at Christ Church Greenwich. Cheryl Kyle and Karen Royce are there now helping with the start of the new school year. It is located in a remote area in the Maasai Steppe. Here, Maasai elders are delivering 70 new wooden desks and benches for the students. God bless the incredible work and devotion over the years! 🙏🏼 It is through donors generosity that these children get an education, setting them up to have a chance to thrive in life. .

Our prayers go out to all those impacted by the devastating fires in California. In response, we are collecting fire relief funds to support people who need our help. These funds will be securely distributed to the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, and the two parishes hit hardest by the wildfires, the Parish of St. Matthew in Pacific Palisades, and Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church in Altadena, which burned to the ground (see photo above.) They are directly supporting the immediate needs of people in their community impacted by this tragedy. Venmo and indicate “Fire Fund”…

He regularly does private events and fundraisers across the country. He is quick-witted with a disarming presence that makes people laugh. .
