Rental time options:
10pm to 4pm
4pm to 10pm
(includes set up and clean up)

Included in rental:
Cooler Center Home and Koi pond area, pickle ball court, bocce court. Food and decor allowed in the lower level of home. Decor and memorabilia permitted in the upper levels of home. Nothing is to be adhered to walls. No glitter or confetti is permitted.
Also Included with rental:
8 5-ft round tables along with 64 chairs, 6 6-ft rectangle tables for food service or for memorabilia showcase. Supplies for Pickle ball and Bocce ball.

Catering: you may use any licensed caterer of your choice. You may bring in any non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol allowed.
