We want to announce that the proceeds raised from the Latin Festival T-shirts went to the Biron-Casillas family.
Greenwood suffered a great deal from the devastation of Hurricane Helene as we all remember.
Amongst the families who went through a hardship, was the Biron Casillas family who suffered damage to their home and vehicles. We are grateful to have been able to contribute what we could from the sales of the Latin Festival T-Shirts.

Our lovely quinceanera's came by to grace us with their presence.
Janelly in her purple dress and her court of Chambelanes came by to enjoy the festivities the Latin Festival had to offer on Oct. 12th at the PTC grounds. She was on the way to her big quinceanera celebration and of course we had to let her hit the piñata during her birthday!

Hayleigh in her royal blue ranchera quinceanera dress came in to wow us with her singing abilities! Goodness she can sing! Hair and Makeup done by her lovely mother Mayra!

We are so thankful for these lovely ladies for bringing in the culture of the quinceanera era to the Latin Festival!

Thank you Greenwood for your support in the second annual Latin Festival 2024🎉!
A big thank you to our wonderful sponsors, partners, volunteers, and talents for making the Latin Festival another wonderful event for the community. ❣️
This year "hit" different as it was cancelled due to a southeastern disaster, but to God be the glory we came back thanks to Piedmont Technical College who offered their field to host it.
This year will be written down in history as we all came together to celebrate culture within the commUNITY. 🙏

The SALSA 101 DANCE CLASS during Hispanic Heritage Month at The Arts Center of Greenwood was such a blast as we learned the basics and even afro root steps! Thank you Jose and Luz for teaching this fun class back in September!
