We had an amazing turnout of fall color riders and Halloween guests that all found Frogtown and brick oven pizzas to enjoy. Special thanks to the drama club crew from the School District of Greenwood that amplified our evening rides! Feel free to post your favorite event photo from yesterday at Wedges Creek below because on Halloween we will reach out to the one with the most likes with a free pizza card!

Last night was a fun grand finale for our pizza and live music season with The Sixes. This season could not have happened without this great team behind the scenes who worked together and learned many new skills. Its the end of the season!! What a year of music and fun! On Friday at 6 pm the foxfire affair will be taking the stage and on Saturday The Sixes will have their turn to entertain the crowd! We have the Greek Pizza this weekend along with other pizza favorites and we have hoodies and t-shirts still available! We are also doing a hosting other special drawing for prizes both nights! Doug K rocked the stage with the harvest moon rising and the Sliced Bread Jug Band got people dancing in the barn last night! We are looking forward to this weekend and hope you can join us for a little R&R as part of your weekend! Doug Kroening is back on Friday and the Sliced Bread Jug Band is also coming back on Saturday evening! We have great space indoors and outdoors for enjoying live music and plenty of seating. We open at 5 on Friday and 4 pm on Saturday with live music at 6-9 pm. We had a busy day hosting the Greenwood class of ‘69 today which dovetailed into a live music session gathering of families and friends this evening! TravAce will be hitting the stage at 6 pm this Friday with acoustic covers and the The Pat Watters Band will be out for their first time on Saturday with great country collection. We are excited this holiday weekend to host Tom Burt on Friday and Montana and Mike on Saturday! Performances are 6-9 pm. No cover charge. We open at 5 pm on Friday and 4 pm on Saturday to beat the rush. Pizza dough reservations are free online and help us plan for your visit. August is in full swing with summer temps and cool nights! We have Curtis Samuel lined up for acoustic covers this Friday and we have the Woodland Spring bringing some classics and bluegrass this weekend. We also have a mystery pizza we are bringing back! We open at 5 pm on Friday and 4 pm on Saturday. Shows will be inside if it rains and outside if it shines. Also a free dessert pizza for any two night camping reservations! We hosted an amazing wedding this weekend with a great family reunion at the campground. Congratulations to Mitch and Rachel! Being centrally located in the middle of "no-where" has its advantages and we look forward to hosting these avid campers again in the future! This weekend we return to being open to the public for live music and brick oven pizzas.

The evolution of Wedges Creek Hideaway has been interesting path stemming from a few friends unwinding around a fire ring under the stars, to a pizza party with a cover band on a trailer inside the end of the old barn. There was intrigue into the world of bluegrass with Armchair Boogie and their crazy music video involving a chainsaw and can of beer and after we landed them we were really hooked with the vibe and alignment of bluegrass. Over the years we have hosted many great bands and this past weekend our first festival came together two outside stages, professional sound/lights, and even a rain audible shift into the wedding barn to keep the show going with Miles Over Mountains! More photos and clips will from the bands that played this weekend will be shared, but thanks to all friends and families who have supported me over the years and of course thanks to my lovely wife of 24 years for supporting me on this crazy journey through life!

The first festival at Wedges Creek Hideaway was special and a lot of fun! Great bands, great memories for young and old, and great publicity for Camp Victory. Wisconsin Outdoors in the Winter!

Yesterday was a little cool, but the sun was warm and so was the hot chocolate and apple cider! We had a great time hosting a lot of families from near and far….even from Iowa and California! We will be posting another sleigh ride event for February. Stay tuned here!

Our last Saturday evening for this season rocked last night with Doug Kroening. It was a an awesome atmosphere with a great crowd of new and repeat customers that braved the cool evening. The huge bonfire helped keep people warm. Greenwood Class of ‘93 also held their reunion this weekend. We truly appreciate everyone’s support and feedback to help us be successful in our first full season. We will be back open in June. NOTE: We may post more pop up events, especially for our annual winter sleigh ride, so stay tuned!

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight for the pumpkin launch! Unofficial distance was a half mile. Lots of fun!
