We are a competition and catering BBQ Team from Greenwood SC, which is home to the SC Festival of Discovery.

We are a husband and wife team that enjoy cooking together. We pride ourselves in making the best barbeque that we can be proud of to share with our family and friends. We enjoy competitions and hope to one day use our talents to serve others. Cooking is a family affair and our two daughters are now joining us in the kitchen! They are our best critics and we take their opinions to heart. We have been filmed by SC ETV and were featured on Food Network's Challenge "Great American BBQ Showdown".

At 6am they were at 205 degrees. Could have come off an hour earlier to rest. Pork color is great!
May have a tad too much smoke for some people’s taste, but not bad for the first cook on the Recteq.
