TEST RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Traditional Red Chili is defined by all experts as
any kind of meat or combination of meats cooked
red chili peppers, various spices & other ingredients.
2. The only exceptions are
canned or bottled tomatoes, tomato sauce,
peppers, pepper sauce, beverages, broth &
grinding and/or mixing of spices.
3. No fillers such as beans, pasta or rice.
1. You must bring everything you will need with you.
2. Chili MUST be cooked at the Club.
3. Minimum of 1 gallon cooked chili. COME ON DOWN AND JOIN US!

Cooking starts at 11, EVERYTHING MUST BE PREPPED AND COOKED at the club. Judging and Tasting starts at 3!
Tasting is $10 per person

This Saturday. If you haven’t signed up to cook you still have a few days. Tasters bracelets will be available the day of $10 per person. If you are to scared to cook then come out and taste the chili. Tasting will start at 3 once the judging cups are turned in.
