General Interior

• Declutter & Depersonalize: Store personal items and clear surfaces.
• Deep Clean: Floors, windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Maximize Light: Open blinds and turn on all lights.
• Check Light Bulbs: Replace any burnt-out bulbs for consistent lighting.

Living Areas

• Arrange furniture to create open spaces.
• Fluff pillows and hide wires/remotes.

Kitchen

• Clear countertops and wipe surfaces.
• Hide trash, dish racks, and cleaning supplies.

Bedrooms

• Make beds with neat, neutral bedding.
• Tuck away clothes and personal items.

Bathrooms

• Remove toiletries and clean surfaces.
• Hang fresh towels and close toilet lids.

Exterior

• Mow lawn, tidy walkways, and remove clutter.
• Arrange outdoor furniture neatly.

Final Touches

• Remove pets, toys, and vehicles from view.
• Open all doors, close toilet lids, and do a last
walk-through.

🛑🚫 if your listing agent is snapping photos like THIS of your most valuable asset to sell it for you, find one that will take pride in their reputation, while also providing you with the best possible marketing for your property.

Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more listing photos like this with skewed verticals/perspectives, blown out lights, discolored walls, overexposed windows and even people and pets in photos that are supposed to be selling your real property to prospective buyers.

Don’t settle for apathy or laziness. There are SO many agents that we shoot for that would love to help you sell your home and buy your next one!

Started hearing about it while we were at a ballgame and decided to drive up on Mount Magazine to see what we could get.

I think we missed the prime time, but I still managed to get some decent ones. Pretty amazing to see this.
